Fresh Goodies from Chiangmai

I walked into the kitchen this morning to the sight of some fresh goodies on the counter which our helper, 'P Bang, brought from her province.


I was so excited to see the humongous egg plants and bitter gourds, and of course my favorite, oh so delicious, avocados!!!

Right now my mind is trying to think up of simple dishes I can make with these ingredients. Let's see if my thinking becomes actual food dishes. Haha!
